Everybody likes eating something different. Diet experts say we should eat four or five times a day in small portions. Eating habits are different in different countries. We must remember that breakfast must be healthy, light and easily digestible. Every meal should include fruit (apples, pears, oranges, tangerines, plums, cherries, peaches, strawberries raspberries) and vegetables (cabbage, lettuce, cucumbers, peppers, radishes, beans, lentils leeks, chives, onions, garlic, carrots celery, dill). Yoghurt is very healthy too with cereals (oat flakes, cornflakes). After every meal our body should have a lot of water. During breakfast w usually drink milk, herb or fruit tea, juice, etc.

Another meal is the afternoon snack. Usually we have it at around four o'clock p.m. W can prepare a little fruit and vegetables for our snack, together with a slice of bread and butter, cheese, salami or some spread. If we want to make some homemade spread, we can look into a cookery book where we can find a lot of recipes. With our snack we have a glass of milk coffee with milk or tea, etc.
At six or seven in the evening comes time for dinner. At this time the family is usually together. We often prepare warm dishes or on some occasions we even go out to restaurants.
