Plot The story is about a conflict, feud, between two families, the Capulet and Montagues. Romeo, the son of Montague, and his friends Benvolio and Mercutio attend a masked ball in the Capulet family-flat-household/" class="wiki-link" title="Viac o: household">household, house of his enemy. There he sees Juliet and instantly falls in love with her. While trying to lose his friend, Romeo finds himself at Juliet’s balcony and overhears her speaking about her love for him. Immediately they fell in love with each other. The next day they are secretly married. Juliet’s cousin, Tybalt, challenges Romeo to a duel. He refuses to fight, but Mercutio takes his place and is killed. Romeo avenges Mercutio’s death by killing Tybalt. The Prince banishes him from Verona and he flees to Mantua. Juliet’s father arranges for her anglictina/sloveso-byt-to-be/" class="wiki-link" title="Viac o: to be">to be married to Paris, a relative of the Prince and in desperation she seeks help from Fiar Laurence, Romeo’s confessor. He gives her a potion for sleeping that will make her appear dead. Romeo is going to meet her after she has been “buried”. Fiar writes to Romeo of the plan, but the message miscarries. Romeo hears that Juliet is dead and buys poison resolving to die by her side. He takes poison but Juliet awakes and when she sees that Romeo is dead, she kills herself too. Whwn Capulets and Montagues see their two dead children, they reconciled with each other.
